Job Purpose: To oversee the verification function for a particular Region PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Handling the Audit and Risk management framework for all branches Responsible for conducting Process Audits through a team of RCU Managers & RCU Executives Borrower Audit, Collection Audit, Disbursement/MC Audit, Pre-disbursement Audits Areas to be covered in process audits Adherence on sourcing norms Adherence on collection processes Delayed Deposition Non-Starters Top Performing Audit Taking follow-up on observation raised in reports & escalating the same to proper hierarchy. Taking immediate action plan / surprise visit / mystery shopping as per early warning signal detected by RCU Executives & Managers. Skills & Knowledge & Education - Team Management Process and Compliance for unsecured Retail Assets like PL, Cards, Micro Loans etc MBA/Graduate with specialization in Marketing /Finance.
