Job Description : Appointment of Law graduate (Fresher or maximum 1 year). Fluency in English and Gujarati (verbal and written) SARFAESI Act, Banking laws, Transfer of Property Act, Section 138 of Negotiable instrument act and Section 25 of Payment and settlement act. RDDB Act, or any other relevant laws. (not applicable for fresher) Visiting Courts, Police Station, meeting with Advocates/solicitors, Government officials, as and when required Preparing documentation, as per the case may be. Giving legal opinion to the management after perusing the facts and documents of the case. Any other relevant activities, as may be required to achieve the desired results for the department.
