Job Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and requirements. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements. Allocate resources and assign tasks to team members. Monitor the progress of projects and take corrective actions when necessary to ensure that the project goals are met. Manage project risks and issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate them. Manage project budget and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints. Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations (including documents like sprint plan, capacity plan, release notes etc.) Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project progress. Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify opportunities for additional services and projects. Desired Candidate: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. At least 4 years of experience in project management in a service-based IT company. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of delivering projects within budget, timelines, and quality standards. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
