Business Development Manager - Saas We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team! This role will focus on driving new business within India by qualifying suitable leads, conducting demos (online and face-to-face) and closing deals. You will be working closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities and ensure we achieve sales targets consistently. You will need to be an ambitious, proven new business development specialist with a passion for technology and showcasing the unique opportunities this presents for our clients. Core Responsibilities Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS product Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority Deliver quality and tailored Demos to prospects based on their needs and priorities Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team Develop quotes and proposals for clients Managing & guiding a team, keeping them motivated and drive results through collaboration Through exceptional organizational skills, manage your daily tasks and sales pipeline to ensure you hit quota. Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics, and new business leads Requirements Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, Finance, other) or relevant experience Tech & goal-driven mindset Proven work experience in Recruitment, SaaS Sales or similar role Experience in an outbound sales environment and online selling A proven track record of consistently smashing performance targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Native English level, or equivalent, is mandatory Team player, critical thinking, and awesome communication skills (fluent English) People-oriented!
