We have contracted a company based in Hyderabad, India, Harmony United Medsolutions, PVT. LTD. to assist in the different aspects of operations of our company in the USA. We are currently hiring an Operations Manager who can join us immediately at our Hyderabad location. Mandatory Requirements: You must have scored 80% marks in your 10th and 12 th standard. Your schooling must be from an English Medium School. You must be an MBA Graduate from IIM or Top 50 Indian B-Schools ONLY You must have at least 2 years of experience in any field of management. Experience in the US healthcare field is preferred but not required. OR You must have completed MBA from an English-Speaking Country (US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand) and have at least 3 years of work experience in these countries in any field of management. Responsibilities: Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. Help the organisation’s processes remain legally compliant. Formulate strategic and operational objectives. Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability. Manage budgets and forecasts. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service. Requirements and skills Works closely with CEO on other special planning and departmental projects.
