As a Mobile Architect or Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework. You will be working with a team of talented developers and designers and will be responsible for ensuring that the mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and usability. Responsibilities: Design, develop and implement complex mobile applications using Xamarin and the new Maui framework. Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to create world-class mobile applications. Lead the development of architectural solutions that meet the client's business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. Define and maintain technical standards and guidelines for mobile application development. Develop and implement strategies for mobile application security, performance optimization, and scalability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile application development and provide recommendations to the team and stakeholders. Collaborate with other teams to integrate mobile applications with backend systems, APIs and other third-party services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field. 8-12 years of experience in mobile application development using Xamarin, C#, .NET, and related technologies. Experience in developing mobile applications using the new Maui framework is required. Strong experience in software architecture and design patterns. Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers. Good understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Worked on SQLite or any similar database. Implementation of push notification. Designing custom UI components. Worked on libraries for face recognition, QR code, PDF, Graphs for mobile applications. Understanding of Enterprise Frameworks, Release procedures, understanding of development environments. Demonstrated ability in communicating with business users and assessing their needs. Demonstrated ability in providing solutions and working through the full development life cycle. Time Management Skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Other duties as required. Desired Qualifications: Very good communication skills. Ability to easily fit into a distributed development team. Customer service oriented. Enthusiastic/High initiative. Ability to manage timelines of multiple initiatives. Very good attention to detail and the ability to always follow up.
