About this role As the Country Manager for India, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the sales and engineering functions. Your primary responsibilities will include driving business development initiatives, managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the region, and ensuring the achievement of growth and revenue targets.As a Country Manager at actnano, you will be responsible for: Sales and Engineering Leadership: Supervise and mentor a dynamic team of sales and engineering professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the electronics coating market. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. Drive market penetration and expansion strategies to maximize company growth. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management: Take ownership of the financial performance of the India business unit. Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to optimize profitability. Growth and Revenue Targets: Set and monitor ambitious growth and revenue targets for the region. Implement strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed set targets. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Formulate and execute market entry and expansion strategies in alignment with company goals. Who We Need Our ideal Business Development Manager will possess the following experience and skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in a leadership role within the electronics or coatings industry . Strong understanding of the Indian market dynamics and business landscape. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Global scope: Our business operates on a global scale, and you should be comfortable working with clients from a variety of countries and cultures.
