Checking and verification of all bills, Tada Bills and other petty cash expenses and authorisation of the same in system related to branches. Verification and authorisation in system of all claims related to branches in respects of schemes , TOT, PRICE Off ETC. To file GST Compliance related To branches including filling of returns , Submission of details for GST Audit/ Assessment, Responding to notice /Query of GST Department and to coordinate with GST Consultants. To Verify the request for fund transfer by Branchase for Expences and petty cash and arrange for fund transfer. To open party masters and account masters related to branchaes after due verfication of supporting. To Maintain necessary records of Branch vouchers to get the same audited. To Guide Branch account persons and ensure timely and proper accounting at branchaes. To Prepare Branch profitabillity on monthly basis. To Help in account finanlisationand balace sheet preparation for Matters related to branches. To Make follow up for Bank Related Guarantee Renewal. To Make Day TO Day coordination with Branches and concerned officlals of other departments.
