Valorx, an innovator in the Salesforce SaaS landscape, with customers including 25+ Fortune 500 companies, is looking for a visionary Design and Creative Lead. This role involves developing and elevating our brand's visual narrative, and hands-on efforts to continuously improve upon the user journey, thereby helping to drive awareness and recognition of Valorx and our products within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role is a mix of creativity and leadership, where your ideas will meaningfully influence the perception of our brand globally. This role reports to Valorx’s Chief Marketing Officer. Key Responsibilities: Brand Visionary : Become the architect of Valorx's visual identity, infusing creativity and consistency across every point of the customer journey. Digital Storytelling : Spearhead the creative design of our award-winning website, developing a strong backbone for all of our digital marketing. Design Exploration : Lead the artistic direction for all our marketing campaigns, developing creative that tells a powerful story through visual storytelling. Video Storyboarding : Utilize your design acumen to create mood boards and storyboards that bring our product narratives to life in a captivating way. Collaborative Creation : Partner with marketing and sales to produce stunning collateral, turning business concepts into striking visuals. Cross-Functional Synergy : Act as the creative lead within Valorx, ensuring a seamless visual experience for the entire customer journey, spanning marketing, our products, and the full Valorx ecosystem. Leadership with Purpose : Guide and inspire a team of talented designers, fostering an environment of innovation, creativity, and professional growth. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or related discipline Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a creative lead role; preferably in software/technology A rich history of leading creative projects with a portfolio that speaks to your branding, digital, and print prowess Proven experience elevating the user experience of a company’s website Mastery in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other latest tools. The drive to constantly test and experiment, and to follow this up with data/metrics to measure/confirm success A detail-oriented eye with an unwavering commitment to aesthetic excellence. A big backbone for speaking up when you see a better way of doing/designing something. Great bias for action – you are self-driven and don’t need to wait to be asked for help before jumping at the next opportunity to tell a great brand story. Comfort in going against the grain and proposing different, provocative new approaches. Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
