Demand Forecast & Inventory Manager
Description:
Responsibilities: Develop demand forecasts based on days of supply to generate replenishment requirements. Analyze historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results for improved methodologies. Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management. Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to the demand planning process. Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields. Advanced Excel skills. Netsuite experience. You’ll probably be happy here if: You love working collaboratively. You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high energy / low ego. You are comfortable giving feedback and receiving constructive criticism. You have a strong bias for action. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to complete decision-driving analyses, but you can also get your hands dirty with the everyday tasks that keep the company running.
