We are seeking a permanent full-time position as Director Service Ops who will work closely with the company’s Service Delivery Leadership group, Customer Relationship Directors, and Payroll Administration, supporting customers for Level 1 and Level 2 payroll-related activities. You’ll work with our payroll tax and benefit administration groups, processing data requests from our ASO clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, high-energy individual to be on the front line, connecting with customers and driving high customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have customer support experience with HCM or HRIS systems, including time and attendance software and hardware. Responsibilities: Partner with Implementation Managers in setting up customer’s data & configuration for EPAY’s Human Capital Management Platform. Establish analytical procedures to format and import client data, modify the database, and create custom reports. Handle Systems Integration of medium & small sized customers during Implementation. Utilize project management techniques to coordinate EPAY’s onboarding and implementation process for new clients. Design, develop and implement analytical techniques on large, complex, structured, and unstructured data sets. Be responsible to work in a scalable platform designed to aggregate, compute, and analyze large volumes of data and provide insights to the business and technology stakeholders. Desire to be hands-on with customer's product designs to create best implementation solutions. Understand customer's business requirements and document them for professional consulting services. Effectively communicate roadblocks, and identify mitigation strategies for project risks, escalating at-risk projects to management. Ability to multitask and handle various Implementation assignments at the same time. Actively involved in providing operations support to EPAY’s HCM customers. Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction by adhering to the set protocols and fulfillment of contract service level agreement (SLAs). Continuous focus on skills enhancement to improve performance. Assist in managing the project to successful and timely completion Consistent status calls with the project team and client sponsors. Account management responsibility: Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. Escalate project delays and issues with appropriate cross-functional teams. Provide reporting to reflect current tasks and phases. Effective training and presentation skills Assisting clients with change management. Ability to complete the following implementation task: Work with clients to collect requirements and business needs. Efficiently identifies and solves project issues. Ability to independently and successfully complete an entire training class. Deliver both “Basic” and “Administrator” level training. Review system configuration with the client. Management of multiple projects simultaneously. Develop positive and valued relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers. Collaborate with field operations resources on device shipment and field training delivery. Guide clients through all phases of their implementation ensuring the client is successfully moved to production. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of professional experience in IT-related project management. Ability to learn, communicate and interpret products, policies, and operating procedures. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. Proactive, independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Client management experience. Strong attention to detail. Strong leadership skills. Desired Qualification: Time and Attendance experience is preferable. Payroll or Time & Labor management experience is preferable.
