Job Summary The Supply Chain Planner II-PS plays a critical support role for customers’ success. Utilizing a combination of Baxter Planning supply chain planning software and Best Practices, planners work to provide customer support with objective to utilize the Baxter Planning software to it maximum potential. This position provides valuable experience that can be leveraged to transition into other roles within the company including advanced planning roles, implementation, and consulting. Responsibilities Serve as a supporting role to Planning team for planning solutions delivered by Baxter Planning. Perform customer support tasks for customers including reviewing and resolving customer support tickets, planning alerts, target stock level delta review, supply orders execution etc. Extracting data from Planning Tool, analyzing data to support customer requirements, provide time bound planning system ticket resolutions. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Mentor and enable Planning Support team with required training and documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to develop new Best Practices and improve existing ones for delivering planning solutions. Drive Baxter Planning systems adoption across customer’s user base. Job Requirements Effective written and verbal communication skills to influence/assist customer contacts Capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams that are passionate about delivering value to customers Good supply chain analytics knowledge Excellent prioritization skills. Creative problem solving and technical skills including advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLookup, etc.) Strong initiative and competitive attitude to review processes and define better methods for supporting customers and optimizing supply chains Powered by JazzHR
