Job: Tech Lead: React JS Experience: 8+ Years Job Description: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6-9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js. Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-traffic web applications using React JS Expertise in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based architecture. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Familiarity with build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and team management skills
