Description:
Position: As an Accounts Executive at Asian Heart Institute, you shall manage the accounts, statutory compliances to meet the information needs of Management, and statutory bodies. This person ensures effective accounting procedures are established and followed in order to meet the financial reporting requirement of the organization. Responsibilities: Ensures that accounts and other financial data are available on an accurate, concise and up to date basis. Responsible for TDS payments, GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, PF compliance, quarterly, monthly returns. Manages accounts payable function so that credit terms are utilized. Controls on statutory payments & returns Supervise the purchase reconciliation and provisional entries. Reconciliation of salary, payable ledgers, bank reconciliation. Liaises with internal and external auditors, as required. Requirements: Masters or Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounts. Strong verbal and written communications skills Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Familiarity with Tally, Government sites preferred Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive.
