Job Responsibilities: Drive overall sales and growth at geography level for tiles category by meticulous planning, Indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders. Opening of new channel partners in tiles category to create product champions in assigned geographies Managing the network of channel partners and servicing their requirements in the tile’s category Drive secondary liquidation for assigned channel partners with the help of DSRs Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance retail and project conversions Drive timely collection of payments from the assigned channel partners. Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development. Note: Minimum 2 years of Tiles industry experience. Graduation is compulsory. Age within 30 years
