Job Description: As a Sales Manager at ICICI Home Finance, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and achieve business targets in the home finance segment. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and promoting various home loan products and services offered by ICICI Home Finance. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets for home loans and other financial products. Customer acquisition: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into actual home loan customers through various channels, including direct sales, referrals, and tie-ups with builders and developers. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Product promotion: Educate customers about ICICI Home Finance's home loan products, features, and benefits, and highlight competitive advantages to influence their buying decisions. Market research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and recommend product enhancements or new offerings. Team management: Lead and motivate a team of sales executives, provide guidance, monitor performance, and conduct regular training sessions to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. Compliance and documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and documentation requirements while processing loan applications. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in finance, marketing, or business administration). Additional certifications in sales or finance will be a plus. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the housing finance industry or related sectors. Sales acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, and a customer-centric approach. Product knowledge: Sound understanding of home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes. Leadership abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving common goals. Market awareness: Knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitor activities. Computer literacy: Proficiency in using MS Office tools and sales-related software.
