Developer Role and Responsibilities Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as a .NET Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering .NET web applications in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit. Expected Activities: Under the supervision of more experienced designers/developers, define, design and develop .NET / Web applications for clients and in-house products. More senior developers will be expected to work independently. Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, confirm and document business requirements. More senior developers will lead these workshops and interviews. Participate in design and configuration sessions and apply feedback to improve and enhance work products. More senior developers will lead these sessions. Work-alongside automation/RPA developers to enable the integration of the .NET / Web applications with client / in-house products. Qualifications and Skills Require at least 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer Hands-on design and development using C#.NET Proficiency with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, Design patterns, and SOLID principles and a good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ADO.Net, Web API. Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, JSON/XML, RESTful API, and SOAP-based web services, Angular, HTML, CSS, jQuery Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds Should have Implemented automated testing platforms and unit tests Knowledge of code versioning tools (TFVC and GIT) Desired characteristics in candidates: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion to work and learn fast in a fast-paced, high-energy, and challenging environment with peers who challenge you to improve. Thrive to learn and improve sales and marketing skills. Has proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Is highly self-driven with a sense of motivation. Has been both a team player and an individual contributor.
