Job Description Form Job Description Form Job Title: District Network Engineer Location: District HQs- Telangana Reports to: Project Manager Days/Hours of work: 9 Hrs (Monday to Saturday) Salary Range: Up to 6 LPA Summary of Position:- Experience of Implementation of DWDM, OLT, ONT, IPMPLS such as Ciena, Tejas, Cisco Preferred Knowledge on Fiber , LSPM, OTDR, will be an advantage Experience in O&M of Cisco Switches & Routers , Tejas OLTs ONTs Experience in root cause analysis and documentation of RCAs Must have excellent oral and written communication skills Ensuring incident resolution is satisfactory to customer, is meeting all compliance requirement of our client and as per defined process and guidelines Sound Knowledge in AC/DC Power, Solar Liaison skills is a must with various Government Agencies Responsible for Acceptance of Equipment upgrades, expansions Must be able to work in an environment where there is minimum supervision Must be willing to travel within the Telangana State Responsible for Acceptance of Equipment upgrades, expansions Multilingual, Local Language a must Experience in Coordinating with FRTs to restore fiber faults and maintain MTTR. Primary Responsibilities Resolution of Field Incident with respect to OLT, IPMPLS within TAT / MTTR / Within defined SLA Supporting project team to optimize OLT, IPMPLS & support project team for ticketing & SLA performance Dashboard optimization. Monitoring the report generation & availability/accuracy of SLA reports pertaining to the project. Monitoring of Network availability/Uptime with team to achieve OLT, IPMPLS SLA’s. Personal Specification Essential Desirable Qualifications & Training Diploma/ BE / B Tech (prefer ECE/CS/IT) / BCA/MCA with 4-5 years Experience Domain knowledge on OLTs/ONTs, IP/MPLS and hands on Fault Management, Field level configuration, restoration Troubleshooting experience of OLT, IPMPLS issues Hardware & Software with respective OEM’s. Certification CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, ITIL trained, relevant Certification in EMS/NMS domain is an added advantage Product Knowledge DWDM, OLT, ONT, IPMPLS
