Experience : 3 to 5 yrs. Skills and Professional Competencies Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills: exceptional ability to analyse data, identify trends, and solve complex problems with a strong attention to detail. Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex data insight to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Able to work effectively in team environments, collaborating across environments to achieve data-driven objectives. PM Skills: Capable to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and able to prioritize tasks and meetings in a dynamic environment. Technical Proficiencies Critical : Snowflake : Strong knowledge of Snowflake’s data warehousing solutions, including ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. PowerBI : Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing dynamic PowerBI dashboards, with specific experience in integrating Snowflake views, Odatav4 feeds, MSFT Sharepoint. Ability to use DAX for complex calculations and data manipulation where necessary. Data management skills : Ability to perform data sanitization and cleansing to ensure data quality and accuracy. SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) proficiency in SOQL for querying and extracting data from Salesforce is a plus. Ability to design custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce is a plus. Anaplan ASC 600 compliance for Finance project Nice to have: AWS S3 : Experience accessing, navigating, managing data within AWS S3. Including uploading, downloading, and organizing files, buckets Scripting and API integration : Experience with Python scripting for data automation tasks, including API integration for data ingestion and extraction from multiple sources. Excel : knowledge of Pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas, able to automate, format, and prepare data according to specific schema requirements. Responsibilities: Partner with the Customer Success organization and other internal teams to identify, prioritize, and implement strategies, processes, and best practices to drive customer retention, satisfaction, and growth aligned to the strategic objectives of the Customer Success organization. Develop and maintain CS metrics tracking and analysis via PowerBI; report on changes & trends Become a trusted advisor to the Customer Success organization leadership team, analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities to enhance key performance metrics. Lead metrics-driven "run-the-business" cadences for the Customer Success team to identify customer success trends and areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues. Lead and support the rollout of processes, programs, and tools to enhance the Customer Success team's effectiveness; communicating overall status, associated risks, dependencies, and milestones. Drive change management, communications, training, and enablement strategies in collaboration with the Enablement team to continuously improve Customer Success Manager's productivity and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders across Analytics, Enablement, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment across strategic objectives. Design, create and contribute to customer success playbooks, fostering standardization and best practice sharing across Customer Success & Operations teams. Provide regular operational support to the Customer Success organization, offering reporting, performance measurement, process, and tool usage guidance to resolve daily challenges.
