Description:
Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Work closely with product owners, project managers, and development teams to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements. Maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements, regularly reviewing and updating based on changing business needs. Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to elicit requirements and drive consensus. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements. Continuously monitor and assess project progress, adjusting priorities as necessary to meet business objectives. Qualifications: 4 years Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a cross - functional team environment. Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments. Certification in business analysis (e.g., CCBA, CBAP) is a plus. Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous.
