Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM/ITAM Technical Lead Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8 to 12 years Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15 days Job Summary :We are on the lookout for a seasoned Technical Lead with robust expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will spearhead our initiatives, utilizing ServiceNow's capabilities to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure and assets. Key Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Drive the architectural and development activities for ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules, while providing mentorship to the technical team on ServiceNow best practices. Strategic Solution Engineering: Architect and build innovative solutions within ServiceNow to enhance operations and asset management, focusing on the automation of business processes. Project Execution and Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring they adhere to planned timelines, budget constraints, and surpass quality benchmarks. Process Improvement: Evaluate current ITOM and ITAM processes and implement strategies for improvement and efficiency gains, aligning with ITIL best practices and organizational policies. Integration Excellence: Assure effective integration of ITOM and ITAM with other ServiceNow modules, as well as external systems, managing the entire spectrum of the implementation process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside various stakeholders within IT and other business units to gather comprehensive requirements and convert them into ServiceNow functionalities. Compliance and Reporting: Maintain compliance with relevant laws and standards, and develop meticulous reporting for IT operations and assets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM implementations. Profound knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and adherence to ITIL frameworks. Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM’s features, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence. In-depth experience with ITAM’s Asset and Configuration Management within ServiceNow. Strong command over JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting languages within the ServiceNow context. Exceptional project management acumen and leadership skills. Astute problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITAM ITIL Certification is highly desirable. Personal Attributes: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable leadership qualities and experience in managing technical teams. A proactive approach, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills. The ability to juggle multiple priorities and make informed decisions.
