Job Title: Data & Marketing Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data & Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for adding new candidates to our CRM (Ismart), updating existing candidates in the CRM, adding jobs to the CRM, LinkedIn, and Daijob, rotating jobs on LinkedIn and Daijob, translating job descriptions into Japanese, and cleaning the pipeline in the CRM. Responsibilities: Adding new candidates to the CRM (Ismart) Updating existing candidates in the CRM Adding jobs to the CRM Adding jobs on LinkedIn and Daijob Rotating jobs on LinkedIn and Daijob to maximize visibility Translating job descriptions into Japanese Cleaning the pipeline in the CRM to ensure data accuracy Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2-3 years of experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM systems (Ismart) Proficiency in using & understanding LinkedIn and Daijob Fluency in English Japanese Desirable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Prior experience in Data handling or related field is preferred
