The Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on our Technology products, including the Connected Worker Platform. Your role involves developing content and strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate demand, boost sales, and support renewals for our Technology business. This encompasses creating thought leadership materials like blog posts, insight papers, infographics, and webinars, along with sales enablement collateral such as one-pagers, sales decks, and urgency documents. Success in this role requires not only a passion for persuasive writing, a penchant for big ideas, and a keen eye for graphics but also exceptional collaboration and project management skills. How You Will Make an Impact: As a Senior Analyst in Product Marketing at Innovapptive contribute to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for our B2B products. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the B2B sector. Product Positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product positioning that resonates with target B2B audiences. Content Creation: Generate high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, whitepapers, growth marketing and case studies, to effectively communicate product value propositions. Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with teams to formulate and implement impactful go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates in the B2B space. Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to effectively communicate product features and benefits to B2B clients. Analytics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats in the B2B market. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports to senior leadership, communicating marketing insights and contributing to data-driven decision-making. What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s/ MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus. 2 to 4 years of domain experience in Maintenance, and Operations 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing. Strong strategic thinking skills for effective positioning and strategy development. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing analytics tools for optimization. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for compelling content creation. Excellent collaboration and project management skills for cross-functional teamwork. Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry, understanding market trends and customer needs.
