Job: General Manager-SCM and Logistic Location: Hubli, Karnataka Experience: 20 Years Job Decsription: • Own and drive quality and QMS functions to meet the set targets. • Overall strategy to achieve to meet the customer OTIF. • Manage and issue timely instruction to the down line performers to achieve the organization Goal. • Optimal utilization of available resource for better productivity. • Interactions with related departments like Production, Manufacturing Engineering, PPC in as and when new products are added and in ROI analysis. • Manpower planning, utilization and control of staff members working closely with Human Resources Department. • Guiding the team procurement, outsourcing, logistics, requirement. • Guiding the team on Quality standards and continuous improvement concepts. • To maintain discipline and handle employee grievance working closely with Human resource Department.
