Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to oversee our surgical product and plastic manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding and a proven track record of leading successful manufacturing teams. the Plant Head will be responsible for the overall management of the plant, including production, quality control, and workforce management. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and meet quality standards Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant, including production scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the plant Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the Plastic industry Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic manufacturing Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices
