Role and Responsiblities Handling 3 Branches Under the Division along with Parent Branch With Robust Team of Branch Managers,Unit Manager and Advisors Involved and responsible for recruitment of the Branch Managers, Unit Managers and Insurance Advisors for the Divisional Branches Running the promotional activities & accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals. Responsible to Sales target of premium collection, renewal premium and recruitment target of advisor through Unit Managers and sales support Implementing effective activities to maximize Sales, Advisor recruitment and achievement of targets. Proficient in leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Sales Operations and meeting of targets. Desired Candidate Profile Age between 35-45 yrs At least 5-10year of Agency Sales experience in Insurance Sector At least 2 years experience as a Branch Manager Willing to travel across the assigned locations Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity High on Honesty and Integrity Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
