Your responsibilities will primarily include gauging client requirements, analyzing feasibility, creating the needful on the platform and being involved in post deployment reporting. This will also require you to closely work with peers to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and tasks, keeping quality at utmost priority. Must Have: Proven experience as a Pardot Administrator or Pardot Expert, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. In-depth knowledge of Pardot's features, functionalities, and integrations. Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices. Proficient in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with SSJS. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple needs, projects, and resources. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Pardot Certified Specialist or Consultant certification. Experience with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot and Lighting App. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms beyond Pardot (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, SFMC). Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Pardot's automation capabilities. Design and build complex drip campaigns, nurture streams, and email templates. Segment and manage marketing lists effectively. Pardot Administration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Pardot integrations with other systems (e.g., webinar platform, marketing automation tools). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pardot. Reporting and Analytics: Create and customize Pardot/Salesforce Analytics reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics. Training and Support: Provide training and support to peers on Pardot best practices. Document Pardot processes, workflows, and procedures.
