Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.Create compelling and engaging content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.Monitor trends in digital marketing and incorporate innovative techniques to stay ahead of the curve.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience.Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing. 2. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with specialization in Digital Marketing.4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing large budgets (1-3 crore).Expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks.Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in retention marketing strategies would be a plus.
