Senior Lead - Implementations of Data/Application Integration Solutions

The Product Implementation Lead-level members are responsible for: Design, configure, and develop integration and migration solutions, create APIs, microservices etc. using the Integration Suite Design, configure, and develop Data/Application Integration Solutions, using the Integration Suite Propose design and deliver solutions to ensure reliability, stability, scalability, and performance Participate in design, and code reviews to ensure adherence to design, development, test, and deployment standards and guidelines Maintain knowledge of business requirements and ensure adherence to standard change control and configuration management practices Be innovative and explore new options while delivering solutions to the customer Mentoring and leading software engineers in your team Managing customer requirements diligently and professionally Work with your Manager to spearhead specific areas of solution development including design, configuration, implementation & deployment * Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering with a preference for Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology 9 to 12 years of experience with a proven track record in implementing enterprise-wide solutions by designing, configuring, developing, and implementing based on customer requirements Proven abilities in leading a team and managing customer requirements Experience in implementing Data/Application Integration Solutions, PLM, ALM, ERP etc. Experience in deployment and configuration on application servers like JBoss, WebLogic, Tomcat, etc. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to solve complex problems using good judgment Work Location - Pune, India Awesome, if you have: Knowledge or experience with Integration or Analytics platforms Experience in implementing solutions for CAD applications Experience in Java/J2EE technologies Knowledge of databases Ability to use Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall methodologies as needed Soft Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with local and remote co-workers Looking forward for ways to learn and improve yourself Benefits: Company-sponsored medical insurance for employee and their family Company-sponsored life insurance for employee Dedicated internal training team to help employees excel Sponsored external trainings to grow talent For a good work-life balance, they offers a bouquet of 24 annual leaves, 8 holidays, and a holiday on your birthday Some selected team members travel to client sites across the globe for implementations
