Description:

Responsibilities and Requirements:- Participate in initial kick-off calls to gather and assess requirements, ensuring all necessary inputs are obtained.- Review requirements and documents, devising development plans accordingly.- Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely task delivery.- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative ideas and approaches.- Proactively identify potential failure points and critical issues related to project.- Write code with simplified, generic algorithms for new builds or enhancements.- Apply Object-Oriented concepts and Design Patterns.- Working experience with AI based projects.- Working experience with Cloud platforms.- Experience in .NET, C#, Web API, and SQL Server.- Experience in database design.- Experience with source control systems (Git/Bitbucket or similar tools).- Operate within the Agile/Scrum Development process.- Define data validation procedures to maintain data integrity.- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.- Troubleshoot technical issues, gather requirements, and consult with stakeholders.- Demonstrate expertise in problem discovery and resolution, particularly in time-bound projects.- Respond to emails with a full understanding of urgency.- Monitor all types of alerts in the system to ensure proper requirements have been addressed or corrective actions have been taken based on client's SLAs.- Adhere to all Teleperformance policies and procedures, including security, HR, and operations.Qualifications and Requirements:- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.- Hold a Master's Degree in a relevant field (MCA, MTech, Msc(IT)).- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET, C#, and SQL Server.- Experience with Azure/AWS services would be an added advantage.- Experience with Azure Open AI or similar platform would be an added advantage.- Experience with Azure Cognitive Service or similar services would be an added advantage.- Experience with Large Language Models using LangChain or similar frameworks would be an added advantage.- Experience with Python, Vector / NoSQL databases is a plus.- Ability to deliver time-critical tasks with proactiveness.- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and change-oriented environment.- Passionate about learning and contributing based on work time zones.- Ready to handle 24x7 organizational needs.- Willing to collaborate with the team and share knowledge to maintain transparency.
