We are seeking a talented and innovative creative designer to join our team.As a creative designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives and drive engagement.Responsibilities : - Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.- Produce high-quality visual assets for various platforms including digital, print, and social media.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and facilitate feedback.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design, technology, and marketing.- Ensure consistency and quality across all design projects and deliverables.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance projects and campaigns.- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers to foster their professional growth.- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by actively contributing to team discussions and initiatives.Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.- Proven experience as a creative designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.- B2B experience is preferable.- Proficiency in adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and other design tools.- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across various mediums.- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with ux/ui design principles and prototyping tools is a plus.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.- Passion for design and a desire to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the field.
