The company's head office is in Pennsylvania, USA, with a regional office in Belgium.Responsibilities :- Test Management & Execution : Develop and manage a test strategy that will include approaches to test data, functional testing, regression testing & automation methodologies to ensure high quality delivery, better test coverage, and completion of testing in a timely manner.- Continuous Improvement : Help define, improve, & implement test processes and tools.- Responsible for the management and coordination of all software testing activities on assigned projects, products, / applications, including the definition of the testing approach, test effort estimation, traceability matrix, test case creation & execution, and progress & status reporting.- Establishing and promoting QA standards and best practices across the software engineering organization.- Work with the software development team to complete a root cause analysis and corrective action plans to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development & testing phases.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent.Experience :- 10+ years of experience of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and at least 3 years of leading SQA teams.- Experience in Automation Testing.- Software Development background strongly preferred.- Must have worked on Windows, Linux, Mobile & Web applications.- Experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) and experience on IOT products.- Experience working in Agile / Scrum.
