Job Title: Front End DeveloperExperience: 4+ YearsJob Type: ContractualNotice Period: ImmediateLocation: PuneWe are looking for a skilled and creative Frontend Developer to join our team. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building user interfaces and implementing designs that deliver a seamless and engaging experience to our users across web and mobile platforms.Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into responsive and interactive web and mobile applications.- Develop reusable components and front-end libraries to streamline development and maintain consistency across projects.- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.- Implement best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and manipulate data as needed.- Conduct thorough testing of front-end components and applications to ensure quality and reliability.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, and recommend tools and frameworks to improve development processes.- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and fix frontend-related bugs and issues.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate on features based on feedback.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.- Familiarity with responsive design principles and experience building mobile-first and cross-platform applications.- Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible UI components.- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Git workflows.- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Experience with GraphQL and state management libraries such as Redux is a plus.- Knowledge of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Gulp is a plus.
