Job Description:We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. As a Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and driving the successful implementation of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both business processes and the Salesforce platform, along with a Salesforce Business Analyst certification. If you have a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges and are skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Salesforce solutions.- Design and document Salesforce solutions, including process flows, data models, and system configurations.- Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Participate in Agile development sprints, providing guidance and clarification on business requirements to development teams.- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user training and adoption activities.- Assist in post-implementation support and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth transition and ongoing success of Salesforce solutions.- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.- Salesforce Business Analyst certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or equivalent) is required.- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years of experience working on Salesforce projects.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including standard and custom objects, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.- Experience conducting workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is preferred.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
