OVERVIEW Inxeption is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Inxeption Marketing Team. Lead the charge as our Digital Marketing Manager, shaping and executing our online strategy. You'll be a data-driven visionary, amplifying our brand and driving growth. LOCATION: Mumbai, India RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including SEO, email marketing, social media and paid Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques REQUIREMENTS Experience: 5-7 years 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role and delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth. Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends Strong project management and managerial skills ABOUT INXEPTION Inxeption is the Industrial e-Commerce company.
