Job: Banking Payments MI Location:Delhi, Pune, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore Experience:6-12 Years Job Description: MBA from Tier-1 B-school ∙2-7 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or product/operations management for banks or Financial Market Infrastructure firm ∙Experience in the payment scheme implementation such as RTGS/ Instant Payments/ ACH/ SWIFT/AePS/ BBPS/ Image based Clearing or other regional payment system in Financial Market Infrastructure (Payment System Operator or Central Bank) or Bank ∙Deep understanding of Clearing and Settlement Mechanisms, Participation Model, Settlement and Risk Model and Payment Value Chain ∙Experience in development of payment scheme i.e., defined business rules, operating rules, target operating model, pricing strategy, roll out strategy and leading industry use cases ∙Experience in implementation of scheme rules for least 1 payment scheme in banking ∙Experience in the Functional Validation of the payment scheme rules ∙Experience in providing consulting services to the client to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of Payment system(s) for RTGS/ Instant Payments/ ACH/ SWIFT/ Image based Clearing or other regional payment system ∙Experience of agile delivery of projects in a fast-paced changing environment
