Key Responsibilities :- Implement and configure Oracle ARC modules according to business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.- Develop profiles and reconciliations within Oracle ARC, configuring matching rules and auto-match functionalities.- Design and configure worklists and workflows to streamline the reconciliation process and facilitate efficient resolution of exceptions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and define reconciliation rules and strategies.- Perform data integration tasks, including data loading, transformation, and mapping between Oracle ARC and other systems- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and project stakeholders on Oracle ARC functionality and best practices.- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements in Oracle ARC, evaluating and recommending new functionalities to improve reconciliation processes.- Real time project experience with Account Reconciliation , Transaction Matching- Working experience in Oracle ARC - profiles , reconciliations, configuration , worklist , matching , Auto-Match , Data Integration.- Good Knowledge about Data Management.- Good Knowledge about epm automate.
