We have a strong presence in Gurugram, Bangalore, Jaipur & Hyderabad, and a vast network of partners.The Role :- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Technical Architect to join our growing team in Bengaluru.- As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that support our business objectives.- You will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from technical architecture and solution design to integration and deployment.Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of technical architecture for new and existing software applications.- Develop and implement software solutions using Java, leveraging technologies like Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS.- Design and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with our existing infrastructure (including Kubernetes).- Participate in enterprise architecture discussions to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.- Collaborate with developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem.Qualifications:- Must have a strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS (including EC2, S3, Lambda), and Kubernetes.- Proven experience in technical architecture, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Experience with cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.- Experience within the recruitment industry is a plus.
