The Platform Automation Program Lead is a new and critical role, reporting directly to the COO with the key objective of driving implementation of the Platform Automation Program. The platform automation program is the gateway to scale and the enabler of a product concept known as Dynamic Financial Reporting - real time financials delivered to our clients - when they, and how they want. For these reasons, the platform automation program has been identified as a business-critical outcome for creating sustained value for our clients and for the business more broadly. If you've got a passion for creating new and impactful technology and want to realise your potential in a team that values your ideas, then we want to hear from you.Role objectives & Responsibilities of the role :Growth & scale :- Project manage to deliver on the automation program through working collaboratively with a mix of technical team members and Subject Matter Experts in order to execute on the agreed phase-wise wave-maps.- Build and maintain the process maps across all functions of the business to facilitate repeatability and organisational agility.Satisfaction :- Work closely with the team across all functions in order to drive a program of business process re-engineering designed to facilitate the automation program objectives and improve client and team member outcomes.- Generate ideas and participate in the innovation agenda in order to improve client and team member outcomes.Profitability :- Ensure the automation program and business process re-engineering initiatives allow the company to meet its productivity metrics as articulated in the company's financial plan.Personal attributes :- Organised and a process driven individual with a creative streak.- Collaborative and intuitive person who can influence outcomes in scenarios where you are reliant on people who may have different reporting lines.- Self-motivated and can work as an individual and in a team- Solution-driven with an innate sense of curiosity- Keen interest in the innovation agenda and always looking for ways to improve- Excellent communicator, patient, and able to explain your point ideas verbally, and in writing Skill requirements :- Experience in finance and accounting processes, hands on, managing and building.- Have a degree qualification in any relevant field. - Experienced in project management in the software, professional services or consulting space.- Experience in building process maps using relevant tools and design methods. - Familiar with cloud applications and standard productivity tools.
