Role Description : Frontend Lead at Metadome will be building a performant and functional Metaverse along with other web-based applications. You will take ownership of these applications and are going to be responsible for collaborating with the team throughout development. You will be working closely with the CTO, Product team and the design team to make sure scalable and usable applications are being built.You will set the quality standards for the front-end team and make sure that all development adheres to them. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player committed to perfection is required. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate leader for our team of young and passionate developers. We have built a great team capable of many more things with the right people to guide them.Responsibilities :- Cross-Browser Development.- Handling large-scale applications where we are using 100s of APIs.- Writing scalable Writing Code.- Writing Modular Code.- Code reviews- Debugging websites- Ensuring software documentation is updated.- Interpreting client specifications and identifying website user requirements.- Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines.- Communicating effectively with clients and teams.- Establishing strong professional relationships with clients and other professionals.- Supervising junior web developers, analyzing areas of weakness, and scheduling training sessions accordingly.Requirements :- Command : Make sure you can control the flow of engineering and keep it streamlined- Report : Keeping your manager updated on the progress- Communicate : Constant communication to keep everyone aligned and get all issues solved ASAP- Review : Have regular code reviews to ensure best practices- Lead : Show leadership skills and have ownership over all things Frontend- JavaScript- NodeJS- CSS -C++ -AWS -Web Assembly- Github ReactJS- Unit Testing (must) Redux- WebGL- Webpack- TypeScript NextJS- Great analytical and math skills- Incredible problem-solving abilities- Ability to collaborate with many other teams- Interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers- Ability to give constructive criticism- Ability to make decisions quickly- Linter setup for projects- Prior experience in managing a software development team greater than 5 - Extensive product knowledge- Worked with WebGL beforeOver and Above Benefits :- Medical insurance (Self + Spouse + Parents + Kids) - Accidental insurance (Self)- Employer's PF Contribution- Gratuity : As per the Gratuity Act (ref:hirist.tech)
