The company is still very young, and you will be joining the core engineering team, and it provides you the opportunity to take on more responsibility, break glass and change the world.About the Role :Senior Software Engineer is responsible for Architecting, Developing & Testing the Autonomize Health platform & applications including the UI, middleware, backend data pipelines, APIs, and cloud operations architecture.Competencies : Must-have Technical Competencies :Skills :1. 4+ years of experience on having built web applications from scratch.2. Experience in designing/architecting scalable and resilient web application/s3. In-depth of JavaScript, Typescript, React.js and Node.js 4. Sound exposure on Python and/or Java 5. Sound exposure on Microservices architecture6. Have used frameworks i.e. Django, Flask or similar7. Have worked on at least one public cloud offerings- AWS, Azure, GCP8. Experience in integrating & deploying Machine Learning/Deep Learning models9. Experience in containerization concept like Docker, Kubernetes and others10. Familiarity with Agile/Rapid development processes Nice to have :1. Experience leading a team of developers, driving quality and deliverables through direction, mentoring and code reviews2. Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable development requirements3. Familiarity with visualization libraries such as D3.js 4. Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Analytics frameworks 5. Familiarity with various databases like Postgres, Elasticsearch (ELK), or GraphDBs (neo4j, Tiger Graph etc)6. Exposure on OpenAI APIs.7. Worked on Kafka, ActiveMQ and/or REDISValues we look for :1. Owner mentality - self-directed, needs minimal supervision,hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience2. Always experimenting than hypothesizing (Learn it all vs. know it all)3. Ability to design, architect and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction4. Strong interpersonal communication skills5. Work as a team while owning key product deliverables 6. You are passionate, unafraid & loyal to the team & mission7. You love to learn & win together8.
