Job Description :As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers and overseeing the technical aspects of Java-based projects within an organization. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, designing and architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.Responsibilities :1. Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support.2. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions.3. Architect, design, and develop Java-based applications, frameworks, and libraries.4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and established software development processes.5. Identify technical risks and issues, and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.6. Collaborate with other Tech Leads and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, strategies, and guidelines.7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Java development and share knowledge with the team.8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, both independently and by coordinating with the development team.9. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects, meeting project milestones and goals.10. Provide technical expertise and support in pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.Requirements : 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.2. Proven experience as a Java Developer, with a strong understanding of core Java, J2EE, Spring boot, EJBs, Servlets, Java technologies and frameworks.3. Hands on knowledge to create APIs with high performance.4. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.5. Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers in a professional setting.6. Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).7. Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience working with relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).8. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.11.
