Job Title : Senior Python EngineerLocation : ChennaiJob Description :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline, along with at least 7+ years of overall experience as a Back-end or Full-Stack Developer, with a minimum of 4+ years of experience specifically in Python development.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end systems and applications using Python v3.x.- Utilize object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts to build efficient and maintainable code.- Develop and implement RESTful APIs using JSON and Swagger for communication between different components.- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Queues, and Topics to build and deploy cloud-based solutions.- Utilize databases as needed and have working knowledge in at least one database technology.- Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, ensuring reproducibility and scalability of deployment environments.- Utilize Sumo Logic for log aggregation and monitoring purposes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices-based architectures.- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in software development and cloud computing.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience as a Back-end or Full-Stack Developer, with at least 4+ years of experience in Python development.- Strong knowledge of Python v3.x language and object-oriented programming concepts.- Experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with JSON and Swagger.- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Queues, and Topics is preferred.- Working knowledge of databases. - Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code is an added advantage.- Familiarity with Sumo Logic for log aggregation is a plus.- Knowledge of microservices architecture is desirable.
