Job Description :As a member of our team you will focus on solving organisational problems by analysing data in a structured manner. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an early-stage start-up, working directly with clients across b2b and b2c industries. Here is a ground floor level opportunity to be part of a growing company that aims to impact decision making using data in large organisations. We are looking for a senior business analyst to support our client success team. The senior business analyst will work with a domain consultant and own the delivery of solutions. They are critical in framing analysis requirements, assessing data availability, and leading solution development. The senior business analyst works along with a team of data analysts in delivering quality outputs to our clients. Responsibilities : - Oversee the technical aspects of bi tool implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and effectiveness. Project coordination : - Work closely with sales and data teams to identify potential projects, participate in proposal development, and ensure project requirements are met. BI Strategy Development : - Contribute to the development of the bi strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Client engagement : - Engage with clients to understand bi needs and offer solutions aligned with their business objectives. Team collaboration : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution, from proposal to final delivery. Training and development : - Provide training and guidance to team members on bi tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Requirements : - Proven 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong background in tableau. - Expertise in bi tools and platforms (tableau, power bi, qlikview). - Strong analytical skills, project management, and coordination skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams. - Business development experience is highly desirable. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or related field.
