Please refer to the following job description for "Lead Consultant" : Essential Skills and Experience : Java Backend Development : Proficiency in Java backend development, with experience in frameworks like Spring Boot being highly desirable.Frontend Development : Skills in React JS for frontend development.Database Management : Expertise in both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL databases.Stored Procedures : Working knowledge of writing stored procedures, preferably in Snowflake, although not mandatory.CI/CD Process : Familiarity with setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes using tools like Git Deployment, Jenkins Pipelines, etc., although not mandatory.Cloud Services : Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) models.Documentation : Enthusiasm for maintaining thorough and high-quality documentation.Business Process Automation : Prior experience in business process automation using workflow automation tools.Agile Methodologies : Previous experience working in Agile environments.Deployment Strategies : Ability to comprehend and implement correct code commit and deployment strategies, particularly in Azure CI/CD environments.Desirable Skills and Experience : Jira Proficiency : Excellent understanding and usage of Jira, including proactive status updates.Agile Practices : Experience with Agile practices, ideally having been part of Agile teams for several years.
