Job Description : Note : Strictly no Testing Background and required consistency in profile.Roles and Responsibilities :- Minimum 10 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an agile software development- Must have RPA background- Strong knowledge and understanding of agile principles, practices, and frameworks.- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and - retrospectives.- Enforce adherence to Scrum principles and ensure that the Scrum framework is followed effectively.- Coach the development team and product owner on Scrum practices, roles, and responsibilities.- Remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Support the team in estimating backlog items, creating sprint plans, and tracking progress towards sprint goals.- Collaborate with the product owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and ready for the team.- Facilitate effective communication between the product owner, development team, and other stakeholders.- Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress, velocity, and any other relevant metrics to stakeholders and management.- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that the product owner's vision is clearly understood by the development team.- Encourage experimentation, innovation, and the adoption of agile best practices.- Regularly assess the team's performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.- Act as a servant leader, guiding the team in making decisions, resolving conflicts, and improving their overall performance.- Agile certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II, ACSM) are highly desirable (ref:hirist.tech)
