Job Description :- An Implementation Manager will be responsible for understanding and presenting the technical aspects of the software to prospective clients, as well as demonstrating how it can solve their financial needs.- This may involve working closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are being met.- This role sits at the intersection of business development, product, and engineering skills.- As an Implementation Manager, you are going to showcase your exceptional product knowledge and foster client relationships by delivering product demonstrations and responding to technical queries.- You will be also responsible for testing existing integration with other vendors as requested by the client.- Your grit toward solving complexities and staying decisive can help us democratize finance.Responsibilities :- Contribute to Design and architect technical solutions based on customer requirements and business objectives.- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.- Develop implementation plans and strategies, considering scalability, performance, and security.- Configure and customize software applications to meet client specifications.- Integrate and deploy software solutions in various environments, including on-premises and cloud-based platforms.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation and post-implementation phases.- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process.- Collaborate with developers to develop and test customizations, extensions, and integrations.- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enable clients to effectively use the implemented solutions.- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical discussions.- Collaborate, Take Ownership, Innovate, and Improve are our core mantras.Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in implementing and integrating the SDKs in the client environment.- Understanding of coding languages like Go/Python/Java/Kotlin.- Strong Understanding of designing and leading the integration flow.- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or a similar role, preferably in the Fintech space.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting process execution problems and rectifying errors.- Great understanding of running queries using SQL/Python/etc and other tools like Postman which can help in a smooth integration experience.- Understanding and hands-on working experience in tools like React Native, Flutter, Cordova, Ionic React, etc.- Experience in maintaining and adjusting existing integration solutions to reflect all changes in clients and internal environments.- Good understanding of scripting and testing in the clients' environment.
