Job Description :Roles and Responsibilities :- Support multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects.- Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives.- Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success.- Support driving teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.- Support leading efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths.- Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.- Provide reporting as necessary on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.- Share best practices of modern planning and execution.Technical Skill Requirements :- Program Management, Agile, Engineering background, E-commerce domain (nice to have), Tech development background.Required Skills :- B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience- 5+ years professional experience as an engineering manager, Engineering delivery manager or tech Savvy TPM comfortable in handling complex technical programs with total experience of 12+ years.- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
