Position : Senior NodeJS DeveloperJob Overview :We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Node.js, along with expertise in building robust and scalable server-side applications. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is considered a plus, and knowledge of server deployment processes is essential for success in this role.Responsibilities :- Develop, implement, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js.- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of Node.js applications.- Implement and execute unit tests to validate the functionality and reliability of the codebase.- Design, implement, and manage databases, including Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB.- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs.- Deploy Node.js applications to production servers and manage the deployment process efficiently.- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including QA, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to team members.- Demonstrate proficiency in deploying and managing server environments.- Skills in optimizing Node.js applications for performance, including profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.- Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation for more efficient and flexible API queries.Happy to Have :- Utilize ReactJS to create responsive and user-friendly web applications.- Work with HTML, CSS, and modern frontend technologies to build intuitive user interfaces.- Familiarity with WebSocket communication for real-time applications.- Understanding and implementation of caching strategies to improve application performance.- Utilize Docker for containerization to streamline development and deployment workflows.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying Node.js applications.- Familiarity with Kubernetes for orchestrating and automating containerized applications.- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture.- Understanding and implementation of message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) for asynchronous communication between services.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and server-side development.- Knowledge of databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB.- Knowledge of NestJS.- Solid understanding of server deployment processes.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes (Happy to Have).
