Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the ServiceNow platform to design, develop, and implement customized applications and integrations that streamline ITSM and ITOM processes. You will possess strong programming skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities to deliver effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:ServiceNow Development:- Design, develop, and configure custom applications using the ServiceNow platform to extend core functionalities and meet specific business needs.- Develop and integrate applications using the ServiceNow Portal to improve user experience and self-service capabilities.- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using APIs and web services to facilitate data flow and automation.- Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.- Configure and develop customer applications tailored to specific needs within HR and Facilities domains (a plus).Technical Expertise:- Possess strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities, including ITSM and ITOM modules.- Possess a solid foundation in IT infrastructure, ports, and protocols relevant to ITOM processes.- Experience with API integration and web service technologies is a plus.General Skills:- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.Qualifications:- 5-9 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web development or enterprise applications.- 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes within ServiceNow.- Understanding of IT infrastructure, ports, and protocols.- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications (a plus).- Experience developing custom applications for HR and Facilities domains (a plus).- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades (a plus).- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
